On The Inlet's origins are as a seaside caravan selling locally caught seafood to enthusiastic customers. 

As the years passed, the restaurant grew, and in our architecture, you can clearly see the signs of waterfront development over time.  

Fishing boats and prawn trawlers began to unload directly at At The Outlet where we operated a wholesale trade directly between  local boats and customers.

These days, On the Inlet focuses exclusively on a la carte dining and bar service, serving lunch and dinner daily as well as catering for events.
